
This was a wonderful opportunity to work with a group who are looking at ways of doing things differently, who are forward-thinking and ground-breaking, and they wanted an online presence that would give them an identity and support their work over its three-year life cycle.
When we first started working with Dr Maria Nedeva (Manchester Institute of Innovation Research, University of Manchester, UK) and her team both at Manchester and across Europe, they had the project name of EURECIA, which is an acronym for “Understanding and Assessing the Impact and Outcomes of ERC Funding Schemes“, but no clear identity.
We worked with Dr Maria Nedeva and Dr Duncan Thomas to brand EURECIA and to create a simple, yet comprehensive website to represent their international and trans-disciplinary team that includes some of the world’s foremost science policy specialists and experts on the governance, philosophy, and sociology of science. This WordPress driven site includes a regularly updated resources centre and a blog-driven news section.
